Please make sure to distinguish between regular nail polish and gel nail polish.
1.Regular Nail Polish Won’t Cure:
Regular nail polish dries and hardens through natural air drying or solvent evaporation. It doesn’t contain photo-sensitizing agents and doesn’t rely on UV or LED light for curing. Therefore, regular nail polish cannot be cured under a nail lamp; it needs to dry naturally in the air, usually taking several minutes to over 10 minutes to completely dry.
2.Gel Nail Polish Won’t Cure:
If your gel nail polish isn't curing, it is typically due to one of the following reasons:
Insufficient lamp power
Short exposure time
Too thick of a layer applied
Issues with the gel polish quality itself
Also, make sure to note that base coats may not fully cure under certain conditions.
