Hello! If the automatic sensor on your nail lamp isn't responding or the timer resets, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
1.Check the hand placement:
The automatic sensor is quite sensitive to the hand’s position and angle. Make sure your hand is positioned correctly in the sensor area, and avoid moving it too quickly or holding it in mid-air.
2.Check if the sensor area is clean:
If there is dust, fingerprints, or any obstruction on the sensor window, it may affect the sensor’s ability to detect your hand. We recommend gently wiping the sensor area with a clean, soft cloth.
3.Power cycle the lamp:
Try turning off the power for 30 seconds and then turning it back on. Sometimes, rebooting the system can resolve the issue.
4.Avoid strong light interference:
Strong light environments, such as direct sunlight or bright lamps, can interfere with the sensor. It’s best to use the lamp in a location with soft, even lighting.
5.Check the power supply:
Unstable voltage or a loose plug may cause the timer to reset. Ensure that the power cord and socket are securely connected.
If you've tried all the above and the issue still persists, feel free to contact us.
